Every HVAC control chain ends at the same point: a sensor reads the room or duct, a controller decides, and a valve or damper actuator executes. DANRENS manufactures all three layers in-house, so OEM partners can source a matched set instead of mixing brands with incompatible signals and stroke times.

Thermostats and controllers. The AC006, AC3385, AC308 and AC818 cover touch and push-button FCU thermostats with 3-speed fan control, cool/heat/vent modes and optional RS-485 Modbus communication for building management systems. Use the FCU flow calculator to pair a thermostat with the right water-side component.

Valves and valve actuators. Motorized 2-way and 3-way valves — V2016, V6016, DF220 and the larger QBO3A ball valve series — handle chilled and hot water from DN15 to DN50 with brass bodies and spring-return options.

Damper actuators. The QA5F24-P modulating damper actuator drives dampers up to 0.5 m² with 0(2)–10 V or 0(4)–20 mA control, a mechanical position indicator and IP54 protection. The damper actuator torque calculator helps you size it before ordering.

Sensors. DSAE-2101 duct CO₂ transmitter, DTHE-2001 wall-mount temperature & humidity transmitter and DSTE-1001 duct temperature transmitter output standard 0–10 V signals that connect directly to DANRENS controllers or third-party BMS. The sensor range selector narrows the choice by measuring range and output.

DANRENS runs a six-step OEM/ODM process that keeps brand owners in control of the details that matter: inquiry and requirement review → specification agreement → sample production → pilot run → mass production → QC and shipment. Customization covers logo and branding, packaging, and hardware or software configuration — for example, fan-speed logic, temperature setpoint ranges or communication protocols matched to your market.
